  • For Swedbank Payment Cards Servicing clients

    The latest Terms and Conditions of the Payment Card Servicing agreement and of Terminal Rental Agreement are available on the page Bank conditions or at the Bank‘s customer care units.

    In accordance with the Regulation, the Bank must provide merchants with the components of Commission fees, additionally specifying interchange fees and fees charged by International card organisations. Indicative values of these fees are available in this document, while exact values will be presented to merchants in the monthly point of sale and transaction based report (IFR report).

    Instruction on Security Elements and Acceptance of Payments Cards forms an integral part of the service agreement. Please note that the Merchant, when accepting card based payments, undertakes an obligation to observe the latest version of the above-mentioned instruction, and must introduce it to his employees, to whom such information is relevant. You are kindly requested to familiarise yourself with the updated version of the Instruction on Security Elements and Acceptance of Payment Cards by the 1st June 2016 on the website www.swedbank.lt.

  • For Swedbank Payment Portal online card acquiring service clients

    The latest Terms and Conditions of the Swedbank Payment Portal online card acquiring agreement are available on the page Bank conditions or at any Bank branch.

    In accordance with the Regulation, the Bank must provide merchants with the components of Commission fees, additionally specifying interchange fees and fees charged by International card organisations. We would like to inform that payment cards servicing related service agreements concluded by and between service clients and “Swedbank”, AB and any other documents related with such agreements will be changed unilaterally by the Bank as from June 9th 2016. The changes in the agreements are stemmed from the new regulation on interchange fees for card-based payment transactions of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU 2015/751).
