Every day more and more of our customers manage their daily financial business online. Thus we offer you even more opportunities not to worry about how much will each electronic transfer or online payment of an invoice cost. We have developed Swedbank Service Plans for your convenience. These are sets of most popular daily banking services tailored to your needs and daily financial habits.

How do the Service Plans work?

  • All you need to do is to select and order a preferred Service Plan. You can easily do that when logged into your internet bank.
  • Having ordered a Service Plan of your choice, its terms and conditions will apply to all your accounts within Swedbank: the ones you’ve held for a while as well as newly opened ones.
  • As long as you use the Service Plan of your choice, you will not be charged the fees indicated in the standard rates for using the services included in the Service Plan. The standard banking services and operations rates will start applying to you after you withdraw from the Service Plan, or in case you exceed the scope of the services provided for in the Service Plan (e.g. you withdraw more cash or order additional debit cards).
  • You can order a Service Plan or withdraw from it at no charge.

How much that will cost?

  • First of all, Swedbank Service Plans are very convenient, as for a single fee you will be entitled to use the banking services covered by the Plan for an entire month, without worrying about the charges for individual money transfers or payments, etc.
  • The monthly fee of the Service Plan is calculated from the Service Plan ordering day proportionally to the number of the days in the month in which the Service Plan was used.
  • The fee will be applied for each month and will be charged by the 15th of the next month.

Details about all Service plans offered by bank
  • What is a Service Plan?

A service plan is a set of daily banking services for a single fixed monthly fee.
  • How can I profit from the service plan?

If you choose to use the service plan, you will always know how much you pay for the bank services included in the service plan per month. And if you use the electronic payments actively, the service plan will also help you to save. Transfers in euros and European payments to friends and family, fees for services, online payments for goods, recurring transfers, and payment of e-invoices will not cost any extra. Moreover, the price of the service plan also includes a debit card, which would be charged for extra without having chosen such plan.
  • When does the ordered service plan enter into force?

You can enjoy the advantages of the service plan straightaway, since it enters into force immediately after you order it.
  • What is the payment procedure for my service plan?

A monthly fee of the service plan for the last month is deducted until the 15th day of the next calendar month. A fixed monthly fee also applies even if you do not use services included in the service plan during that month. A fixed monthly fee for the first and the last month of using the service plan is calculated pro rata the number of days, when the ordered service plan has already been in effect.
  • How can I opt out the service plan?

You can opt out your service plan or order another service plan instead on the internet banking under “Service Plans”. You can also call 1884 or visit the nearest Swedbank branch.
  • Can I manage or change the available service plan?

On the internet banking under “Service Plans” you can change the account for deducting the monthly fee attributed to the available service plan. On the internet banking you can also order another selected service plan.
  • I don’t have a contactless debit card. Will the card that I have now be included in the service plan?

Not only contactless debit cards can be included in the service plans. You can find out if the debit card that you have now can be included in the selected service plan on the internet banking under “Service Plans”. Such card after expiry will be replaced with a card provided in the service plan.
  • I don’t have a contactless debit card. How to order it to have it included in my service plan?

You can order a new card on the internet banking under “Payment Cards”. After you have ordered and activated a card specified in the available service plan, it will be automatically included in the plan.
  • I’m a participant of “Senior Program” / “Youth Program”. Can I include a contactless debit card in the service plan?

A contactless debit card cannot be included in the service plan “Convenient” for the participants of “Senior Program” and the participants of “J7”, “J14”, and “J18” plans within “Youth Program”. Contactless Mastercard WEB can be included in the service plan “Convenient” for the participants of “J22” plan within “Youth Program” and, if the service plan “Convenient Plus” has been selected, contactless Debit Mastercard would be included in such plan.

You can always check if your debit card can be included in the service plan selected by you on the internet banking under “Service Plans”. If you already have a contactless debit card, which cannot be included in your service plan, you can continue using it under standard terms and conditions.

  • I don’t need a contactless card. Can I order the service plan in such case?

If you don’t want to order a contactless card, you can continue using the debit card that you have now (it will not be charged for any extra). When the time comes to renew your card, we will replace it with a debit card provided in the service plan with no charges applied. If you don’t want to use the contactless payment function after you have been issued the contactless card, you can switch it off in Swedbank smart app or by logging on to the internet banking.

You can also use the service plan without a debit card.
