You may subscribe to notifications on transactions and changes in your bank account – domestic payments, standing order payments and e-invoices, loan payments, account balance, etc.

What notifications could be ordered?

You may subscribe to information from the Notification Centre about the transactions and other changes made in your bank accounts. We will notify you by SMS.

Notification type You will receive a notification…
E-invoice submission that a new e-invoice has arrived. We recommend this notification if you have not selected the mode of e-invoice automatic payment.
Reminder about unpaid e-invoice that received yet unpaid e-invoice. We recommend this notification if you have not selected the mode of e-invoice automatic payment.
E-invoice automatic payment executed that the payment for the services according to the e-invoice agreement has been made. We recommend this notification if you have concluded the standing order agreement.
E-invoice automatic payment failed that the payment for the services according to the e-invoice standing order has not been made. We recommend this notification if you have concluded the standing order agreement.
Expiration of e. invoice automatic payment agreement five days before the expiry of your standing order agreement.
Recurring order executed that the funds have been transferred according to your standing order agreement.
Recurring order failed that the funds have not been transferred according to your standing order agreement.
Loan payment transferred that the loan payment has been debited from your bank account.
Loan payment failed that the loan payment has not been debited from your bank account.
Account balance has reached minimum amount when the balance of the bank account reaches the fixed amount, e.g. EUR 10.
Delivered payments and balance on the payment made from bank account as well as the balance after transaction.
Received payments and balance on the payment made to bank account as well as the balance after transaction.
Account balance via SMS query if you send one of the messages below to 1633.
BAL: Send this code in order to find out the balance of all your accounts.
BAL LTXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX: Send the code plus the full number of the specific account in order to find out its balance.
SOS or HELP: Send any of these codes in order to receive all request codes by SMS.

How much do we charge for an SMS?

One SMS costs EUR 0.13.

If you have subscribed to messages about transactions, you will be sent a message for transactions that occur on any of your accounts. These messages are purely informative; they are not meant to confirm (do not have probative force of) a transaction (including but not limited to a payment order) made on your account. Only information provided in an account statement about transactions made on the account has probative force.

You may subscribe to SMS from the Notification Centre if you use Telia Lietuva, Tele2 or Bitė mobile operator services.

When subscribing to notifications, you may choose the time of sending: 24/7 or 8:00 to 23:00.

You may also order SMS from our Notification Centre at internet bank or at the nearest bank branch.
