What can the Youth Programme offer to its participants?
  • Service Plan “Convenient”

The participants of the Youth Programme may use the benefits of the free-of-charge Service Plan “Convenient” designed for them.

  • „Mastercard WEB“ payment card

You may order „Mastercard WEB“ payment card for your child. Within the limits of this card your child will be able to independently pay at the points of sale, withdraw cash at the ATM and deposit cash into his/her account.

  • Internet bank

Your child may also have access to the Internet Bank and check the account balance as well as the account statement.

  • Monitor your child‘s account history

You will be able to access your child’s account on the Internet Bank and check the account balance as well as the account statement.

The participants of the Youth Programme who actively use their payment card take part in the game, designed especially for them, and have a chance to win any one of 1000 prizes each month. Information on game rules is available here.

How can your child become the participant of the Youth Programme and order a payment card?
  1. Visit the nearest bank branch.
  2. Bring your personal identity document (a passport or an ID card) and the child’s personal identity document (a passport, an ID card and a birth certificate or an extract from the birth certificate). You should also bring a document proving your guardianship rights (a passport with an entry on children or the child’s birth certificate or an extract from the birth certificate).
  3. Sign required agreements and your child will be able to start enjoying the benefits of Swedbank Youth Programme.
  • How to order a new payment card for your child? Visit the nearest Swedbank’s branch. You should necessarily bring your identity document – a passport or a personal identity document, and your child’s identity document – a passport, a personal identity document (if any) and a birth certificate or its extract.

How can your child become the participant of the Youth Programme?

All you have to do is give your consent. Your child will then be able to carry out other actions independently, which will provide him/her with valuable experience and an opportunity to become acquainted with the bank’s operations.

There are two ways to give consent to your child’s participation in the Youth Programme:

  • on the Internet Bank;
  • by signing a consent document to be registered by a bank specialist at any Swedbank branch.

Your child will have to bring his/her birth certificate or an extract from the birth certificate and a personal identity document (a passport or an ID card) to any Swedbank branch and sign the Agreement on Participation in Swedbank Youth Programme.

  • How can a child order a new payment card?

    Ordering a card in the Internet Bank
    • Your child will be able to independently order a new card in the Internet Bank only after you grant consent to his/her access to all Internet Bank features (the mentioned profile “All agreements and operations”). Grant consent
    • If this consent has already been granted to your child, all he/she has to do is to log in to the Internet Bank and independently order a card. It will be a valuable experience while learning to use bank services!
    Ordering a card in the Swedbank’s branch
    • If you had granted your child consent to use all the features of the Internet Bank, he/she may go to the bank’s branch unaccompanied. Remind your child to bring a personal identity document at the branch.
    • If the said consent has not been granted to your child, you should accompany him/her to the bank’s branch. Please bring your own and your child’s personal identity documents and the child’s birth certificate or its extract.
